1No Financial Advice
TradeDisciple is an educational technology platform designed to help individuals learn about futures trading concepts, signal analysis methodologies, and risk management principles. All signals, AI-generated analysis, coaching feedback, educational content, articles, videos, and any other materials provided on or through TradeDisciple are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on TradeDisciple constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advisory service. TradeDisciple is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), futures commission merchant (FCM), or any other regulated financial entity. We do not provide personalized recommendations tailored to any individual's financial situation, tax status, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.
You should not make any trading or investment decisions based solely on information, signals, analysis, or content obtained from TradeDisciple. Before engaging in any futures trading activity, you are strongly encouraged to conduct your own independent due diligence and to consult with a qualified and licensed financial professional, tax advisor, or legal counsel who can assess your specific circumstances and provide advice appropriate to your situation.
2Substantial Risk of Loss
Trading futures contracts involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Futures trading is inherently speculative in nature. The high degree of leverage that is often available in futures markets can work against you just as powerfully as it can work for you. A relatively small market movement can result in a proportionately larger loss of your entire initial investment or require you to deposit additional funds on short notice to maintain your position.
Before deciding to trade futures, you should carefully and honestly consider your investment objectives, your level of relevant experience, and your personal risk appetite. You must be prepared to accept the full range of risks associated with futures trading, including the possibility that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. You should never invest capital that you cannot afford to lose entirely.
You should be aware of, and fully understand, all the risks associated with futures trading including, but not limited to: market risk, liquidity risk, leverage risk, margin risk, volatility risk, gap risk, system and technology risk, and counterparty risk. If you have any doubts about whether futures trading is appropriate for you given your personal financial situation, you should seek independent professional financial advice before proceeding.
Past performance of any trading strategy, signal, or system is not necessarily indicative of future results. Markets are dynamic and no method or strategy can guarantee consistent or profitable outcomes over time.
3Simulated and Educational Signals
The trading signals provided by TradeDisciple — including but not limited to Opening Range Breakout (ORB), VWAP Reclaim (VWR), Liquidity Sweep (LSW), Gap Fill (GFI), Supply/Demand Zone (SDZ), Fibonacci Anchor (FAU), Market Structure Break (MSB), and Volume Rejection (VRJ) signals — are generated by algorithmic and statistical analysis of publicly available market data. These signals are provided strictly for educational purposes to illustrate how certain technical setups and market conditions might be identified.
These signals are not personalized to any individual user's financial situation, risk tolerance, capital base, or investment objectives. Signal performance in any given historical period or forward-looking period is not indicative of future performance under any market condition. Signal quality, frequency, and accuracy may vary significantly across different market environments, asset classes, and time periods.
The educational nature of our signals means they should be used as one potential input within a broader, comprehensive research and analysis process — never as the sole or primary basis for any trading decision. TradeDisciple expressly disclaims any responsibility for trading losses that result from reliance on our signals, whether used alone or in combination with other information sources.
4AI-Generated Content
TradeDisciple utilizes artificial intelligence technology, powered by Anthropic's Claude, to generate signal analysis summaries, coaching feedback, trade review commentary, and other educational content. This AI-generated content is provided to enhance the educational experience of our users by presenting technical concepts in an accessible and interactive format.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Artificial intelligence models, including large language models, are not infallible and can produce outputs that are incorrect, misleading, or contextually inappropriate for a specific market situation. AI analysis does not constitute professional financial advice of any kind and should not be treated as such.
Users are strongly encouraged to exercise independent critical judgment when reviewing any AI-generated content on TradeDisciple. You should not rely solely on AI-generated analysis, feedback, or commentary when making trading decisions. Always cross-reference AI outputs with other credible sources of market information and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified human professional.
TradeDisciple makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on such content.
5No Guarantee of Results
TradeDisciple makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content, data, signal, or analysis provided on or through the platform. All content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee any specific trading results, profit levels, or investment outcomes. The futures markets are inherently unpredictable and past performance of any strategy or signal set is not a guarantee or reliable predictor of future results. Individual results will vary based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, personal discipline, risk management practices, account size, market conditions, broker execution quality, and timing.
Any examples of potential profits, winning trade scenarios, or positive signal outcomes used in marketing materials, promotional content, landing pages, or educational content on TradeDisciple are hypothetical and for illustrative purposes only. They do not represent actual trading results achieved by real users. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated or hypothetical results do not represent actual trading and may not be impacted by factors such as slippage, liquidity constraints, and actual market conditions that would affect real trading performance.
6Third-Party Brokers
TradeDisciple is not a brokerage firm, futures commission merchant, or clearing member. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, maintain margin accounts, or provide custody of any assets. To execute actual futures trades, users must establish and maintain their own brokerage account with an independent, regulated futures broker of their choosing — such as NinjaTrader Brokerage, Tradovate, Rithmic, Interactive Brokers, or any other appropriately registered and licensed futures broker.
TradeDisciple is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party brokerage platform or service. Any mention of specific brokers or trading platforms on TradeDisciple is for illustrative or educational reference purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of those services. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any brokerage platform and for all costs, fees, commissions, and risks associated with their chosen broker.
TradeDisciple accepts no liability for any losses, costs, or disputes arising from a user's relationship with, or use of, any third-party brokerage or trading platform.
7Prop Firm Information
TradeDisciple may from time to time provide educational information about proprietary trading firms ("prop firms"), including how prop firm evaluation programs work, general information about their structure, and educational content relevant to preparing for trading evaluations. All such information is provided for educational purposes only.
Prop firm rules, fees, profit splits, drawdown limits, payout structures, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice. The prop trading industry is dynamic and information that is accurate at the time of publication may become outdated quickly. TradeDisciple does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the legitimacy, financial stability, or suitability of any specific proprietary trading firm, and we are not responsible for verifying the current accuracy of any prop firm-related information presented on our platform.
TradeDisciple is not responsible for any losses, failed evaluations, withheld payouts, or financial harm arising from participation in any prop firm program. Before investing evaluation fees or committing time and resources to any prop firm program, you are responsible for independently verifying all current terms, conditions, and rules directly with the prop firm. Always conduct thorough research and due diligence before engaging with any proprietary trading firm.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeDisciple, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with:
(a) your access to, use of, or inability to use the TradeDisciple platform or any content thereon; (b) any reliance placed on signals, AI-generated analysis, educational content, or other information provided by or through TradeDisciple; (c) any trading decisions made, or not made, in connection with information obtained from TradeDisciple; (d) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; or (e) any other matter relating to the TradeDisciple platform.
This limitation of liability applies to all types of damages including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if TradeDisciple has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.
In no event shall TradeDisciple's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount of subscription fees, if any, paid by you to TradeDisciple in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
