Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeDisciple ("the Service," "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, free subscribers, and paid Pro subscribers. Your continued use of TradeDisciple constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Description of Service

TradeDisciple is an educational technology platform that provides:

1. Algorithmic trading signal analysis for educational purposes;
2. AI-powered trade analysis and coaching via integrated language models;
3. Educational content about futures trading strategies and market concepts;
4. A personal trade journal and risk calculator for self-directed learning.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TradeDisciple. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The Service is not available in jurisdictions where futures trading education services are prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TradeDisciple complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process;
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
3. Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
4. Notify TradeDisciple immediately at hello@tradedisciple.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach;
5. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. TradeDisciple reserves the right to terminate accounts that are found to be shared or transferred.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

TradeDisciple offers two subscription tiers: a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan provides limited access to platform features including up to 3 signals per day. The Pro plan provides unlimited signals, AI-powered analysis, and all premium features.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize TradeDisciple to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change. TradeDisciple will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price increases by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Pro plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Free Trial and Money-Back Guarantee

New Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. This 7-day money-back guarantee is available to first-time Pro subscribers only and may only be used once per account.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@tradedisciple.com within 7 calendar days of the initial charge. Please include the email address associated with your account and the date of your subscription.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have full access to Pro features until that date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period following cancellation. After your Pro subscription expires, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan and your data will be retained.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TradeDisciple for any prohibited purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

1. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
2. Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting signal data or any platform content to third parties;
3. Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other means to extract, copy, or collect data from the platform without express written permission;
4. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform;
5. Using signal data or platform content to provide investment advisory or financial advisory services to third parties;
6. Sharing, selling, or otherwise disclosing your account credentials to any other person or entity;
7. Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the platform, or which could harm TradeDisciple or its users.

TradeDisciple reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on TradeDisciple are the proprietary property of TradeDisciple or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TradeDisciple grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or materials from the platform. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TradeDisciple.

10. Educational Content and Risk

All educational content, trading signals, AI-generated analysis, risk calculations, and any other information provided through TradeDisciple are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

Trading futures contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance — whether real or simulated — is not indicative of future results. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all of your trading decisions and their outcomes.

11. Third-Party Services

TradeDisciple integrates with and relies upon third-party services to deliver its platform, including:

• Clerk — for user authentication and account management;
• Stripe, Inc. — for payment processing and subscription billing;
• Anthropic, PBC — for AI-powered analysis features.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. TradeDisciple is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any third-party service. Any issues with payment processing should be directed to Stripe; authentication issues may require contacting Clerk support.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeDisciple expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;
• Warranties of title and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or profitability of signals, analysis, or any other content.

TradeDisciple makes no representations or warranties that the platform will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeDisciple and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or cost of substitute services.

TradeDisciple's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to TradeDisciple during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if TradeDisciple has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeDisciple and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

1. Your access to or use of the Service;
2. Your violation of these Terms of Service;
3. Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or
4. Any trading decisions you make based on content provided through the platform.

TradeDisciple reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with TradeDisciple in asserting any available defenses.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to Terms

TradeDisciple reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
